Shipping and delivery costs
Depending on the value of the goods, a flat-rate shipping fee is charged for deliveries to Germany and within EU countries. Within Germany we ship with DHL and DPD at uniform prices, you can choose the desired shipping service provider (DHL or DPD) during the ordering process. For deliveries to other European countries the shipping costs vary depending on the service provider.
Shipping costs within Great Britain (incl. VAT):
- From a value of 100,00 € we ship with DPD within Great Britain free of charge and with DHL a flat rate of 4,95 € will be charged
- For deliveries from a value between 99,99 € and 50,00 € a flat rate for DPD of 4,95 € and for DHL of 7,95 € will be charged.
- For deliveries under a value of 50,00 € a flat rate for DPD of 7,95 € and for DHL of 12,95 € will be charged.

Shipping costs within Germany (incl. VAT):
- From a value of 100,00 € we ship with DHL or DPD (depending on your choice) within Germany free of charge.
- For deliveries within Germany under a value of 100,00 € a flat rate of 4,95 € will be charged.
- Pickup: If you want to pick up your ordered goods personally, please enter your desired pick-up date in the' Comments' field in the order process. Pick up is possible during our business hours from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. As a self-collector you have the possibility to pay cash. Please choose prepayment / bank transfer as payment method. Transport costs are not applicable for collectors or will be reimbursed.
Shipping costs to other European countries (each with VAT):
- For deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria and the Czech Republic we charge a flat rate for DPD of 7,95 € and for DHL of 11,90 €.
- For deliveries to France, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary we charge a flat rate for DPD of 11,95 € and for DHL of 13,95 €.
- For deliveries to Ireland, Portugal, Sweden and Spain we charge a flat rate for DPD of 15,95 € and for DHL of 14,95 €.
- For deliveries to Estonia, Finland and Latvia we charge a flat rate for DPD of 26,95 € and for DHL of 15,95 €.
- For deliveries to Greece and Romania we charge a flat rate for DPD of 34,95 € and for DHL of 15,95 €.
- We only ship to Bulgaria, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco and Cyprus with DHL. The shipping & packaging fee is 15,95 €.
- We only ship to Liechtenstein and Norway with DPD. The shipping & packaging fee is 7,95 € to Liechtenstein and 26,95 € to Norway.
Deliveries to non-European countries and to Switzerland:
- Shipping costs to non-European countries are calculated according to kilo tariffs.
- For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes and fees apply in addition to the shipping costs. Further information on customs duties, for example, can be found at http://ec.europa.eu and on import sales tax at ec.europa.eu, and specifically for Switzerland at http://xtares.admin.ch

We also ship large orders on pallets after consultation with you. Here, we usually work together with our logistics partners RS Logistik or Hellmann Logistics. Of course, large orders can also be arranged with the logistics company of your choice on request.
