The aftermarket sector in printer consumables is an extremely specialised and highly complex industry. There are a wide range of different cartridges with different individual parts and components, complex chemical compounds in toner powder and also complex patents that you not only have to be familiar with, but which must be circumvented with labour-intensive, tailor-made solutions. Production and trade with printer consumables therefore requires not only a great deal of knowledge, but also many years of experience in order to ensure reliable quality.
Experience in the production and trade of printer accessories
Stracke Trading International GmbH has more than 25 years of experience in the field of printer consumables. Initially focusing on trading with toner powder (commonly known as bulk toner) and wear parts for recycling cartridges, cartridges, bottle toners and drums, we launched our own production in the late 1990s with our own production facilities in Schmallenberg (Germany) and Koszalin (Poland) for copier toners and bottle toners. Shortly afterwards, in 2001, we entered into a joint venture with a Chinese company to produce our very own toner powder, thereby enabling us to determine the quality of the toner powder (the most sensitive area in recycling toners) ourselves. Our wealth of experience has helped us to continuously optimise our products so that we can guarantee the highest quality standards today.

The ASC brand has been registered as a registered trademark at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) since 2002. In 2004, parallel to our B2B department, we also successfully entered the consumer market, offering ASC-TONER end products such as toner cartridges, ink cartridges and drum units on eBay under the brand name ASC-TONER. This success led to the rapid development of our own web shop, which went online in 2006. Since then, we have been working to optimise our web shop to make the ordering process as clear and simple as possible for you.
Alongside making improvements to usability, we set up a modern customer service system to help us answer all your questions about our products as quickly and comprehensively as possible and assist you in the ordering process. Our goal was not to have a computerised voice on the phone with long waiting times or automatic response emails to minimise costs, but a friendly, responsive and helpful customer service that is happy to provide support and answer questions. Our complaints department was also designed and developed according to a customer-friendly concept, with the result that we can now work to meet your needs in an uncomplicated, fast and reliable manner. After all, 80% of complaints are about application errors that can usually be fixed by phone or email. In other cases, we will show you how to print again as soon as possible.
